This facility was built to accommodate the growing needs of AVMATS, based in Chesterfield, Missouri at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport. AVMATS (Aviation Material and Technical Support) is one of the pioneers in providing alternatives for the support and maintenance of corporate aircraft. This location will provide full FBO services and maintenance on corporate aircraft. The new terminal lounge, planning area with WSI radar and Internet-access computer is also part of this facility.

The unique cantilevered front canopy provides a distinctive appearance for this hangar.
