A start -up project for Prime Panels, Inc. began in 1994 with 40,000 square feet on the northeast side of Springfield, Illinois. Prime Panels laminates panels for both government and private clients. Their growth has brought about two additions, bringing total square footage to 110,000 in April 2001. The building has an MR 24 standing seam roof and a shadowrib wall system. Both Hanson Engineers and architect John Schafer worked on the different phases of this facility.
