This high profile Ace Hardware store is located in the growing city of Chatham, just south of Springfield, Illinois and represents a second project for H&H with the Preckwinkle family. The unique clear span is balanced on three masonry walls and one metal wall established for future expansion. A large parking area and garden center complete this facility. Evan Lloyd Associates, Inc. of Springfield provided the architecture.
