This exciting retail project was built for owners Barry and Barbara Seidman and represents a second project for the Seidmans. Founded in 1945, Ashley Furniture has become the nation's largest home furniture manufacturing company. Ashley Furniture's Worldwide Headquarters in Arcadia, Wisconsin continues to be the core manufacturing and distribution center for the Ashley Companies. Ashley Homestores, located through the nation, are independently owned. The new Springfield, Illinois store is well located in the Prairie Crossing development on the southwest quadrant if I-72 and IL State Route 4. The 50,000 square foot facility boasts showroom, offices, and warehouse space. The structure is a Metallic pre-engineered metal building with an exterior of textured wall panels from Custom Panel Systems. There are three recessed truck docks.
