This retail center was built in the Parkway Pointe Development of the growing westside of Springfield, Illinois. Owner/Developer Glen Garrison of The Garrison Group planned the center in stages based on lease-up. The first phase of 15,870 square feet was completed in late 1999 to house the Friar Tuck Beverage Store, The Computer Deli and a Sprint Store. The 12,500 square foot expansion for Carpet Weavers was completed late summer 2001. The center currently totals 28,370 square feet and was built for a total cost of $1,780,000.
