H&H identified the last parcel of commercial property in the well built-up retail area of the fast growing Fairview Heights retail corridor. Pooling a group of investors, they purchased the land, built the upscale 36,480 square foot center and began leasing up during construction. The shopping center was built with a metal stud interior system covered with Dryvit and a standing seam metal roof. The project was completed in nine months. EWR Associates, Inc. served as the architect. The center is filled with a combination of retail stores like Body Quest, The Futon Shop and a Thomas Kincaide Gallery and is anchored with a Hooter's Restaurant.
